Banana & Fig Smoothie

Boost your omega-3's naturally with LSA & flaxseed oil.

Ingredients

½ banana

2 ripe, fresh figs

200ml skim dairy, soy or rice milk

1 tbs LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond Mix)

1 tbs low-fat natural probiotic yoghurt

2 tsp psyllium

1 tsp flaxseed oil

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Makes a 250ml serve.
