Layered Berry & Yoghurt Muesli

A healthy breakfast option that is full of berries, seeds, muesli and yoghurt that will sustain you all morning.

Serves 2

 

Ingredients

½ cup toasted muesli

1 tbs sunflower seeds

1 tbs pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 cup (130g) raspberries

1 cup (130g) blueberries

1 cup (250g) low-fat, natural probiotic yoghurt

1 tbs honey 

Method

  1. Mix together the muesli, sunflower seeds, pepitas and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
  2. Place a small handful of blueberries or raspberries in the bottom of a tall glass.
  3. Spoon in one heaped tablespoon of the muesli seed mix, followed by 2 tablespoons of yoghurt.
  4. Drizzle with a little honey. Next add another tablespoon of muesli seed mix, drizzle with honey and finish with the other berries.
