If you have the time and you want to do your own food labels, then you can, and with the help of my courses you will succeed!

Food Label Basics Project

This get-done-in-a-day course is ideal for those of you who:

  • Have no idea where to start with your food labels
  • Are overwhelmed by the government websites
  • Are confused about where or how to start the food label
  • Feel like food law is speaking another language
  • Aren’t sure what applies to your food product
  • Feel like nobody tell you how to do it

This is why I created the Food Label Basics Project, so that you can have all of the tools, guides and templates that I use when creating food labels for businesses in Australia and New Zealand at your finger tips, and then I actually explain how to use them!

This is the ideal starting point for food and drink startups, and anyone new to pre-packaged foods to understand the basics of food labelling requirements.

This new online training has 6 modules, video tutorials, worksheets, checklists & examples of how to implement PEAL (Plain English Allergen Labelling) requirements for your own labels using food industry best practices.

Country of Origin Labelling Course

Did you know that all products in Australia need a CoOL label? Before you start googling what CoOL means, let me tell you.

CoOL stands for Country of Origin Labelling.

It’s that kangaroo that you see on labels, or the ones with the percentages showing the Australian ingredients and a CoOL statement (in a text box).
